Benchmark Building Quote

Service Description

This service takes your building plans or architectural drawings and creates a detailed quote against the specification required. We call it the benchmark quote as it works with current pricing for the UK as well as our own integrated practices. If you choose to go with a preferred builder or wish to check against some other quotes this is a solid starting point for your dream project. As part of this you are provided with elevation and 3D drawings. Upon paying the deposit we will contact you to arrange a time for a site visit if necessary and hand-over of plans (these can be emailed). Work will be completed with a few checks along the way and project pricing (highly detailed letter quote) provided on final payment.
